I used the program QSL Maker (by WB8RCR) that can be download from the following URL:

http://hfradio.org/wb8rcr/

When the Introduction page appears, left click on the download button in the menu on the left side of the page.  Follow the directions on the download page.

All of the printed information is entered into dialog boxes in QSL Maker. The Images are actually one .bmp file that I created.  The process that I used is described below.

I got my picture of the K2 off of the original Elecraft web site and added the insignias for ARRL, NorCal and QRP ARCI. I edited the combination of these .gif files using Microsoft Image Composer. Image Composer came with FrontPage98 which is a web administrative application. I used the special effects in Image Composer to make the picture of the K2 semi-transparent so that the information would show up better and it would serve as a better background. After editing the combination of the .gif files I saved the final version as a .bmp file. This format is required for QSL Maker. I print the qsl cards on postcard stock (2 to a page) and use an HP DeskJet 722C. The printed card actually looks much better then the above image.
